Jay (not pictured, for he was traveling on business in France) and Binny exemplify these qualities. A very industrious and entrepreneurial couple with two young girls, Jay and Binny enjoyed the low vacancy rates of the Park Cities and experienced wonderful tenants. Additionally, they recently opened a Montessori school in Prosper, and are looking to build a second one.
