A very industrious and entrepreneurial couple with two young girls, Jay and Binny enjoyed the low vacancy rates of the Park Cities and experienced wonderful tenants. Additionally, they recently opened a Montessori school in Prosper, and are looking to build a second one. Not only did I enjoy getting to know this darling couple, but I look forward to watching their sweet girls grow as they embark on a new venture in real estate. (in another post). Stay tuned.
