APRIL 2018 Highlight of the Year:  Founder of Exposed, a charity and fundraiser for the non-profit AIM at Melanoma. The sold-out event, held at Stanley Korshak, was co-branded and co-hosted with 505 Ranch Club at Cedar Creek Lake.  Great Expectations:  I'm a strategic marketer, passionate about tailoring every marketing platform to each unique property.  Best Advice Given to Me:  Go into real estate.  Bucket List:  I'm dying to kiss Sting - I'll have to get a rock star hall pass from my husband on that one! He bought me Elton John tickets for December. US Open, New Zealand, Australia.  Day in the Life:  I wake up at 5:15am, 3-4 days a week, to start with Pilates. Then selling!  Real Estate Reflections:  I sell investment properties (yes, I can speak to you about cap rates), and residential properties throughout Park Cities, North Dallas, Oak Cliff, and Uptown. My strength in marketing makes me a strong listing agent, but I really enjoy the client interaction on the buying side. My expertise is overcoming barriers and negotiating. My background prepared me for dealing with very affluent CEO's in extremely high-pressure situations.  Life Mantra:  Surround yourself with talent. Talented people do not perceive other talented people as a threat.  Lasting Legacy:  Work ethic, friendship, faith.  Inspiration:  House of Lori Morris Design. I need to be in a 12-step program for re-modeling.  My Kind of Town:  My clients are what I love about Dallas. I support local businesses-which are important to a city's identity.  Passion Project:  It is my mission to remove the portables at the DISD schools, and to foster a better public education.

MAY 2017 It was a heartwarming evening at Stanley Korshak when the luxury retailer and 505 Ranch Club of Cedar Creek hosted EXPOSED, an event in memory of Bobby Boulogne, former COO of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts. Boulogne lost his battle with melanoma last year, so the night of fashion and fundraising was to benefit AIM at Melanoma Foundation. Chair Suzanne Warner and honorary chair Jaime Jo Boulogne invited guests to enjoy cocktails and appetizers from Dean Fearing, Dolce Riviera, the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, Hotel Crescent Court, Capital Grille, Glass Vodka and wine by Pogo's Harris Polakoff. DJ Lucy Wrubel spun tunes for more than 400 guests before they were ushered by Crawford Brock for s seated fashion show. After the tribute video of Boulogne, a Bret McKinney-directed show hit the runway. Afterward, Caldwell Banker Residential Brokerage CARES donated $5,000, contributing to the $105,000-plues raised in total, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to AIM.

MARCH 2016 When Remodeling the kitchen in her family's 1955 ranch-style house, Stanley Korshak buyer Suzanne Warner wanted to keep things classic but current. So she called in designer Robin Riddle and together the two created a functional and fashionable space that's made for entertaining.
